This policy describes how CowuLab handles data in English Reflex, a personal English-learning tool. It describes current behaviour only.
Information we process
When you use English Reflex, the service may process:
- learning events you enter
- generated English learning content
- meaningful units and language chunks derived from that content
- learning and review records
- final answer text that you confirm and submit
Voice input
English Reflex offers an optional voice input mode. When you use it:
- microphone audio is captured in your browser and used for transcription
- the audio is transient and is not intentionally stored in our database
- the transcription is placed in an editable text field; you may correct it before submitting
- the final text you confirm and submit may be stored as part of your learning records
Voice input is optional. You can type your answers instead.
Infrastructure and third parties
Application data may be stored on Cloudflare services. Where a feature requires it, third-party AI APIs or services may process the data needed to provide that feature, such as generating learning content, transcribing speech, or evaluating an answer.
How we do not use your data
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not use your data for advertising.
- This site uses no cookies, no analytics, and no third-party trackers.
Exporting your data
Users may be provided tools to export their own learning data.
What this policy does not claim
English Reflex does not currently provide end-to-end encryption, and we do not claim that the operator is unable to access stored learning data. This policy describes only what is implemented today; it will be updated if that changes.
